This is Axel (small/skinny) which is a version of AxelKM that decided not to workout or diet, but still had the desire to fight, but instead of being a challenge, he became the eternal loser, constantly being defeated and thrown around.
When someone wants an easy win, someone to bully/cuck, or if an organization is putting on a show, they call him.

He knows how to fight, and he understands the rules, he simply is too weak to execute.
