William Raymond Rawlins was born in Jackson, Mississippi and raised in the milieu of official American middle class respectability - with all the ugliness, hypocrisy and unspoken mores governing what was preached and said on the surface with every decreasing sincerity. Billy Ray grew up big and strong. He was popular with the girls. He decided to channel his strength into being a professional bodybuilder. He SEEMS so nice. But scratch the surface just a little and you will find a red MAGA hat with all that entails.

The general idea is that Billy Ray should meet and be outdone by a woman in something he considers himself good at. This is especially welcome if the woman is a black woman but I am NOT looking for pegging. If you think pegging is good femdom, we are not compatible. Yes he is a douchebag, but he's not an incompetent lover, he's may even be a bully but he can take a punch as well as throw it.
