Introduction

Cargill made her wrestling debut in All Elite Wrestling (AEW) at Dynamite on November 11, 2020, interrupting Cody Rhodes by hinting at Shaquille O'Neal's debut. The next day, AEW President and CEO Tony Khan announced that Cargill had signed a multi-year contract with AEW. Cargill and O'Neal defeated Cody Rhodes and Red Velvet together on March 3, 2021, marking the first match of Cargill's career.

On the debut episode of Dynamite on TBS on January 5, 2022, Cargill faced Ruby Soho in the tournament finals and defeated her to become the first ever TBS AEW Champion.
