Introduction
(Obviously the picture isn’t me I won’t even pretend but it is a very good representation.)
As the smallest and youngest of 3 my brothers always gave me a hard time in more ways than one until finally I had enough and asked my P.E teacher what I should do, she set me up with a kickboxing teacher who whipped me into shape and even suggested I take up Muay-Thai though very strict my Kru taught me a lot. How to balance the spiritual side with the physical side getting me closer to my goal and now my legs and feet are strong and dangerous.
