Introduction

Lidia was born in Moscow, Russia, to a family with a long-standing tradition in combat sports. Her father, a former Sambo champion, and her mother, a ballet instructor, instilled in her both a fighter’s strength and a dancer’s grace. From a young age, Lidia trained rigorously in Sambo and later explored other martial arts like kickboxing and judo, eventually becoming a national-level competitor, she met her husband Alex after she observing a wrestling match that took place in Russia she usually never enjoyed such sport however after being persuaded by her fellow classmates she decided to watch this one, after the match Alex was signing autographs and when Lidia approached him they chatted but soon that chatting turned into a debate...(more detail in Alex's bio) years went by and after their encounter the two decided to date and soon got married and from that marriage a twin was born...
