Introduction

Lumi Sterling grew up energetic, competitive, and rarely without a scraped knee. She tried everything from soccer to gymnastics, but nothing captured her imagination like professional wrestling.

One night, she saw a wrestler launch herself from the top rope and was instantly hooked. Soon, couch cushions became turnbuckles and stuffed animals became opponents, while her family learned to fear the words, “Watch this!”

Her childhood gymnastics eventually gave Lumi a natural foundation for wrestling. As soon as she was old enough, she joined a wrestling school—and quickly discovered how difficult the real thing was.

She wasn’t the strongest student, but she was relentless. Every bruise became a lesson and every failed move something to practice again.

That determination shaped Lumi Sterling: fast, fearless, playful, and just cocky enough to flash her trademark grin before attempting something completely ridiculous.
