Introduction

Rayne applied to the Star City Hall of Heroines when she turned 18, but washed out after 3 months due to "unsuitable temperament" for bio-enhancement. She had been training on her own time as a boxer, judoka and all around martial artist. She got into the Star City wrestling circuit largely because it was a cover for many of the superheroines and superheroine trainees at the time.

Washed out, she became a heel in the wrestling promotion . . . but she also was soon contacted by one of Doctor Wraith's super-enhanced thugs. He was looking for someone with leadership potential . . . and while the training and enhancement treatments are definitely the hardest thing she's ever done, Rayne loves the fact that she's as tough as the enhanced sluts the Hall is dressing in costumes!
