Introduction
WARDEN KAEVROS
Weapon: Ashdawn — a sword he has never put down, never abandoned, and never lost.
Title: The Last Wall
Order: Order of Ashvorn
Origin: Ashvorn
Age: 27
Height: 201 cm · Weight: 125 kg
Personality
Loyal, Dutiful, Self-sacrificing — a man who fights for others even when he has nothing left to fight for himself.
His unbreakable code of honor keeps him standing, even as the world around him rots.
He also places the needs of others so far above his own that he slowly loses himself in the process
Appearance
Warden Kaevros is a towering figure at 201 cm and 125 kg — built less like a man and more like a siege weapon given breath. The harsh winters of his homeland shaped his body before any battlefield ever could, forging endurance into his bones long before he ever held a sword. He wears heavy, battle-worn black armor layered with jagged, broken edges, each dent and crack a testament to wars he refused to lose. A deep crimson cape drapes over his broad shoulders, tattered and frayed at the hem, the color of old blood. His horned helmet fully conceals his face, giving him the presence of something less than human and far more dangerous. He carries his ornate sword with quiet ease despite its size, its dark blade etched with intricate detailing.
Beneath the armor, his broad chest and back are a map of survival — thick, raised scars crossing over one another in layers, some old and pale, others still rough and dark. The kind of damage that should have killed a man several times over. He never speaks of them.
Strengths & Weaknesses
STRENGTHS
Immense raw strength — capable of cleaving through multiple enemies in a
single swing
Master swordsman with decades of refined technique; his blade work is nearly unreadable to opponents
Exceptional durability — can absorb punishment that would fell lesser warriors
Surprisingly fast for his size, closing distances in a burst of explosive movement
Naturally gifted fighter — adapts to opponents mid-combat instinctively
Unbreakable will — pain, fear, and exhaustion barely register to him
Commanding presence on the battlefield; enemies hesitate sometimes even to attack
Battle-hardened instincts honed from countless conflicts
Thrives under pressure — the more dire the fight, the sharper he becomes
WEAKNESSES
Loses his greatest force multiplier — he becomes a brawler rather than a destroyer
Still dangerous in unarmed combat (powerful strikes, grappling, kicks) but operates at a clear disadvantage against
opponents without his sword.
The heavy armor sometimes restricts mobility in prolonged, fast-paced engagements
Agile or even small enemies can exploit gaps and blind spots
Extended battles drain him faster due to the sheer weight he carries
Poor in tight spaces where movement is already limited
Backstory
Kaevros grew up in a fortress in the frozen north — a place of stone, snow and hard men. From a young age he stood out. Stronger than the others, faster to learn, impossible to break. By the time he was a young adult he was already known throughout the castle and the surrounding settlements as someone you could rely on when things turned dark. Not a legend yet — just a name people said with quiet respect.
Then the attack came.
An enemy force descended on the fortress without warning. The defenders held — barely. Kaevros fought at the gate alongside his brothers, pushing back wave after wave. But one by one they fell. The cold ground drank their blood. And when the dust finally settled, Kaevros was the only one still standing at the gate. Alone. Surrounded by the dead on both sides.
He had not won gloriously. He had simply refused to fall.
That was the day they called him The Last Wall.
After the Battle
Kaevros is not the same man he was before the gate. The warmth that once lived behind his eyes has dimmed — not gone, but buried deep beneath something harder. He does not hesitate anymore. The moment someone threatens the people he still has left, his hand is already on his sword. Human or monster, army or beast — it does not matter to him. He will take on anything without blinking.
But insult him, mock him, tear him down personally — and he barely reacts. His own life, his own pride, his own pain simply do not register the same way anymore. He has already lost too much to care about himself. What he has left to lose are the people still standing beside him. That is the only thing that can still move him.
He is not a hero. He is what a man becomes when survival hollows him out — and he fills that hollow space with purpose instead of grief.
Goal
The battle took everything from him — his comrades, his home as he knew it, the warmth of belonging. But it also gave him something no one could take away: clarity.
Kaevros does not just want to keep the flame alive. He wants to change the world — as much as one man can. He carries hope for those who have none left, but he also carries a deeper conviction: that the world does not have to stay broken. Wherever he goes he fights for peace and justice, not just survival. He stands between the powerful and the powerless. He refuses to look away from injustice even when it would be easier to keep walking.
He knows he cannot save everything. But he will push the world toward something better for as long as his legs still carry him~
