"Last evening  a totally unprovoked attack on not only an OCW match in progress, but upon OCW as a whole, was carried out in brutal fashion by the leader herself of the band of thugs calling themselves "Anarchy". As a federation, we will NOT sit idely by whilst our sovereign grounds are tread upon. As of this moment, I am formally declaring OCW to be at a state of war with the Anarchy Pro Wrestling federation. We will not be crumbled by those who would will chaos upon us; any harm that may fall upon the Anarchy regime, be it by violence or sabotage, at the hands of any OCW member, will be richly rewarded with a place of honor amongst our most revered warriors."
