SECW - SouthEast Championship Wrestling

Well March has come and gone and with it SECW's first PPV Event - Shamrock Slam! We saw 5 matches in this PPV including an amazing 6 man Gauntlet Match featuring Madison Jones. I thoroughly enjoyed all 5 matches in this event though I must say I had hoped for more. Perhaps the idea wasn't presented clearly? In any event, the next PPV's coming up in May but for now we'll close the book on Shamrock Slam! Thanks to everybody who participated!

This month SECW will host it's first PPV in Savannah, GA. PPV events are single show phenomenon, unlike the Tour events which consist of several shows in different locations. As I indicated in the welcome message you received on joining (you remember that right? lol) these months where we feature a PPV event are months where matches happen primarily at House Shows in Alpharetta, with the PPV event being the big event for the month. My thinking was that these events would give the roster some R&R after being out on the road the previous month. In reality most performers would only be booked for 1 match on a PPV. For our purposes here there's no real limit to the number of PPV matches you could do. However, it's likely you'd only be physically able to pull off 1 or 2 maybe 3 at the most since each match would inflict a toll on your body thus making each subsequent match after the first that much harder to get through.
