He still roams around the city as His skills range from but are not limited to Acrobatics, Peak Human Conditioning (Strength, Speed, Agility, durability, reflexes, endurance, senses, and Stamina), Master Martial Artist, Master Strategist, Genus Level Intellect, Driving, Thievery, Aviation, Master Swordsman, Proficient Gun Handler, Computer Hacking, Escapology, Indomitable Will, World Class Detective, Mechanical Aptitude, Stealth, Weaponry, Tracking, Intimidation,Forensics, Criminology, Highly knowledgeable in different types of science etc.

Nightwing was reborn after going through literal hell. This time he was gonna make a comeback, his perspective on the world changed. There is no good or bad in this world there is only gray. There are no 2 sides all reality in life relatively on a continuum. He started to roam "Nomad" the only person he would listen to is the Queen of Hell. Selling the soul to the devil has it's 'CONSEQUENCES'. His whole life has revolved around Consequences, his biggest regret Batman dying at the Consequence of His Own Action. But before Batman died he created a failsafe Program named 'Lancer' choosing Nightwing as his successor. Nightwing discovered this when the batcave blew up and it triggered the failmessage broadcasting it to Nightwing.
In this Program he has created 4 Javelins which are powerful exo-suits equipped and only programmed to Nightwing. These suits not only to protect him against the harmful physical environment, but also possess abilities to demonstrate incredible combat prowess against enemies.
He still roams around the city as Nightwing most of the times staying in touch with what his life used to be. He uses his old equipments like: Utility Belt, Escrima Sticks, Wing Ding's, Pocket Tools, Hacking Tools, Wrist Darts
