Federation Idea/Brainstorm: MMO Game themed-fed?

So, after misreading a message in Chatfighters chat I've had this idea racking around in my mind and wondered...would people be interested in an "MMO Game" themed federation?

To try and explain my thinking; it would mostly be a springboard scenario/basis for RPs of...basically sword art online-esque stuff; a fictional, fully immersive MMO 'game' with vr headsets (andoptionalpelvicimplementsahem) for us/the characters we play to don the ol' VR gear and log on to meet and digi-fight with other players in a virtual world.

The two ideas I had were either a fairly standard Fantasy-style MMO; players can wander around a magic land with fantasy versions of themselves/their personas/their characters etc. doing quests, 'levelling up' etc. - maybe we could even have 'dungeon rooms' within the fed for people to organise RP-ed out raids? But of course the true, not-so-subtle allure of this fictional game that draws our characters/'sonas in is the PvP - maybe a wilderness style area (room) where it's turned on by default, players can encounter one another and fight in a free for all or arrange duels.

(Or of course, nothing stopping players from assuming the role of a dungeon/quest boss for plucky adventurers to fall to or conquer)

Or the other idea was to have it fully fighting themed i.e. wrestling/boxing - maybe it's a Rumbleverse/Invincible Fight Girl style city with wrestling trappings all over i.e. every building has a mandated wrestling ring, some buildings are just rings, the local law enforcement is just referees etc - slightly more light hearted and silly than the fantasy one.
Maybe the PvP 'wilderness zone' is just in a wrestling ring, or backstage outside the locker rooms where brawls can erupt? But you can challenge other players to duels at which point you get teleported into a private ring with just the two of you.

In either scenario, when one player is defeated maybe there's a set timer for the winner to dominate their victim and add debuffs that the losing player then has to suffer with for a while? Anything from 'injuries' to more lewd domination, perhaps 'exhausting' the player toon which makes them weaker in subsequent fights, or adds a mark that they've been defeated for others to see.

Idk this is just a bit of an idea dump and to see if people might be interested in this? Like I said it would mostly just be like a scenario/idea springboard, fuelling fantasies of a virtual world about our fetish (heck, isn't that kinda the name of the game here on CF?)
If you really want to you could commit to that idea of a persistent character, RPing your debuffs as actually carrying over into subsequent fights, or even the opposite; proudly proclaiming your conquests or grabbing buffs before 'ganking' other players (with express consent on all sides of course)

I'd also be interested to hear other's ideas on this if you have any - could be a group effort thing rather than just one guy running the show (which is more than fine by my unorganised, sometimes lazy butt)
