...I know it's not entirely within the realm of immediate possibility, but I second the desire for some additional alignment options, cause I have an irrational love of Justified text, and being able to format a story in a page like an eBook would just be....amazing.
Most text boxes on ChatFighters have the "help?" tab (like this text box for the comment, right next to the preview) if you scroll down all the way in the help section, you see all allowed HTML tags.
You will find there the center tag. But no tag for left or right. As they don't exist as HTML tags.
What you mentioned below are styles (CSS) and not HTML tags.
The center HTML tag we support is deprecated but still widely supported on most browsers.
Left, Right, and Center is all done over CSS these days.
You can't use styles in our text boxes. If you want to know more, google for HTML tags and CSS, and whenever you see that it refers to CSS/Styles you can't use it in your stories or comments.
Ah! Thanks for the clarification, Tech, and for pointing me in that direction. As we've been playing with formatting our stories more and more, I keep thinking of ways of innovating but I know not all of them are possible.
As always, thank you for your support and for providing such a great platform to play in.
Hey Tech and others who may know. A few of us having been playing with formatting in our stories by using HTML codes as we create them to give them a deeper look-and-feel. I'm admittedly a novice with coding, but I've been trying to figure out how to use the "align left" and "align right" commands to create more of a back-and-forth for short comments. I've been unsuccessful. Are those commands supported by CF? This is low priority; I would likely only use it for a couple of stories. Thanks! TobiasK

Thanks! I looked but didn't see an alignment command. I'll check again. I appreciate the reply.
