Had an issue earlier where I was trying to send a photo to someone and the photo i uploaded was NOT the photo that ended up in the chat - has this happened to anyone else? Uploaded the same photo multiple times and it kept showing up as someone I've never seen/met before?

I have. I had to screenshot it to get it to send. No idea why it does that
