Seems like there is an issue when trying to create stories. I am unable to load chat transcripts. And from what I heard, a few others are also facing similar issues. It was working fine yesterday.
Maybe i can help.... when you creat a story froma conversation by hitting the button that is in the chat from where you are trying to export the text, it will open the story section loading the text of the last 24 hours by default. So you may thin you have just to set the days from the gump avove and press load to have the full gonversation. But the site doesnt remebre from what chat you have loaded the last piece of text. You have again to select the chat on the gump above right near the selection of how many days back you have to load. then you can set the number of the day and press load. This should work correctly...or at least never failed to me. let me know if i was helpfull
