While the rest of the app works perfectly for me, the chat never opens. It stays on the "connecting" screen for a while before giving an error and a button to reconnect, which just restarts the process.
What could be causing the issues? If its from my end (my ISP), shouldn't the whole app not work? Please help!

P.S, it did work when I used a VPN.
