I believe if you go to the CF page—click your icon to open the menu with Settings, Characters, Stories, Photos, Relationships, yadda yadda—at the bottom there should be one that says 'Followed'. Click that, and it'll take you to a menu where you should be able to unfollow the person!
Is there a way to unfollow a person who has blocked you? I hate to have them high in my lists when there's no point to further civilized chat. (I don't have them on block anymore, but they have me on block, and I want to remove the unfollow, but can't.) Thanks!
