Yes i go to gym.. like 5/6 time a week
Yes i lift hard and do cardio too,this give me strenght and endurance
Yes i look good but i'm also short so my muscles look bigger (not my words i swear!!)
Now.. the important things, i'm more a jobber, yes sometimes competitive and rarely dom.. but who know :)
