British fighter Emma Meyer gave up her earlier career as a lawyer by dropping out of a prestigious law firm in London.

This decision was not met with much appreciation from her parents, other relatives and friends but the draw of kickboxing, and eventually MMA, was too much for Meyer to ignore and she took the risk of following her dreams after receiving a substantial inheritance.

Meyer is building her reputation in the UK as a professional MMA fighter with two wins inside the distance. She is known as a decent kick boxer who can also deliver finishes from the canvas with either crushing submissions or a dangerous ground and pound game.

Meyer functions as a journeywoman deluxe, a tough gatekeeper for any aspiring prospect to overcome. She will need to build her record to achieve the success she craves.
