Helena Douglas is an opera singer and pigua quan martial artist from the Dead or Alive series, making her first debut in Dead or Alive 2. She is the current leader of DOATEC and also the Champion, what makes her the winner of the hardest Hand to Hand Combat Tournament.

She is a billionaire, and her success has made her even more arrogant. But her arrogance doesn't come from nowhere. Even today, she is able to face the strongest fighters and end the fight, gently, or... less gentle. She does this partly to find new strong fighters, but also simply for her own personal entertainment.
Aside from her success in the ring and profession, she is extremely proud of her body, which has not only proven itself as a weapon in combat, but has also cemented her position as a woman and brought her great success in the world of men.

As she has take Control over DOATEC , she starts a fully rebuild. From these day, she sends out Agents all around the Globe to find new Fighters, to take them to a test by her own hands. Who ever is able to impress her ( and stays alive ), would get the chance, to get invited into the next Dead or Alive Tournament.
