Introduction

Personality:
A fiery, intelligent individual, Krystal is fascinated by the unknown, always seeking out the next challenge to expand her own experiences. She can be brash and headstrong, but is willing to admit to her mistakes. An avid reader and chronicler, she loves to immerse herself in unknown worlds and long lost knowledge, recording things lost to time for posterity. She is generally not violent by nature, but will not hesitate to confront bullies and oppressors should they cross her path.

History:
Born on the planet Cerinia, Krystal has always had innate abilities as mystic, able to commune with the beasts of her homeworld and with extra sensory foresight to give warnings of danger. From a young age she would constantly wander further and further from home, testing her limits and testing her parents' patience along with it. At the age of sixteen in her wanderings, she stumbled across an ancient Cerinian temple, within which she discovered a golden, jewelled spear. Young and impetuous, she removed the spear from its resting place, whereupon the magical weapon bound itself to her, augmenting her natural mystic ablities to a great degree.

Years later, having devoured all the knowledge she could on her homeworld, she set out with her spear in hand aboard her an arcane star-yacht to undertake the ultimate adventure.

She has travelled the stars ever since to confront the strange and wonderful creatures that inhabit the universe, chronicling every detail of her exploits along the way. This journey has not been without its perils, and Krystal was forced to learn some rudimentary fighting techniques along the way to keep herself safe, as will as either attending or entering a number of combat tournaments on many worlds as a part of her studies. With her golden spear in hand, Krystal continues her wandering travels, jotting down all the knowledge she can find!

Combat Style:
Physically, Krystal lacks size and strength, something she attempts to compensate for with her speed and mystical abilities. In combat she will do her best to out-manoeuvre an opponent, looking for the advantage of surprise whenever possible. Keeping her distance, she specialises in hit and run attacks, using her agility to keep foes off balance while she wears them down. However, if she is caught up close and unable to keep her distance, Krystal is extremely vulnerable to being overpowered by more physically dominant fighters.
