An enigmatic soul to say the least, Princess Mari as she prefers to be called is well and truly the pride and joy of the Vanholdt name. Possessing speed, strength and stamina that far exceeds the most fantastical of creatures dotting the outer reaches of the empire while still maintaining a demure facade and it's hardly questionable why she's everyone's subject of interest. This enchanting young lady can be found in damn near every corner of the empire partaking in what she believes to be her noblesse oblige. Whether it be standing at the head of her personal royal guard clad in silver-tinted armor facing down a horde of frenzied monsters, providing guidance to those in need garbed in plain folk clothes or dressed in a red velvet dress at the center of her personal ballroom entertaining guests, the young lady never seems to be too far off from the excitement.

Her constant presence while comforting to most has roused more than a few suspicions among the more dissenting populace, at least in the beginning when she was first seen outside of Vanholdt Castle. Some claim that there's not just one 'Mari', but a group of adjacents who are always on the move. Others believe it to be of a more magical nature, glamour spells created and maintained by imperial wizards to make it seem as though their invincible champion can be found anywhere and everywhere to dissuade those that would wish harm on the Luxen Empire. While neither of these sentiments has any confirmed merit to them, it's certainly an oddity for travelers to come across this crimson-eyed beauty in the exact opposite direction she was traveling only hours later.

Marisandra Vanholdt is always available to greet anyone of renown once they've ventured into her territory... or assist them in departing should they pose a threat to her empire.

Mari is focused on gilded fantasy settings as a magical being capable of both fantastical feats as well as supernatural phenomenon. The true extent of the pride and joy of the Luxen Empire has yet to be measured, though she appears to specialize in illusions and sensory trickery. Despite her incredible powers and absurd command of dark magic, Mari herself can be conquered and she can be killed the same as any. The only caveat is that usually without fail she'll return soon after as if she were never slain at all.

Mari is first and foremost drawn to others similar to her, whether they be noble and powerful princesses and queens or supernatural creatures able to bend the world to their whim, she finds no greater pleasure than conquering and capturing them, adding to her evergrowing empire. Demons, angels, spirits and changelings alike may flock to her empire if desired, just know that there's always a chance that you'll be made to dance like a marionette.

Mari can be perceived as female, futa, or even as a femboy for those seeking a prince instead. You may challenge Mari to a simple erotic duel for dominance or a dangerous battle, wagering your own life to make the princess your own.
