🕶️ WHO AM I? (The brains behind the brand)

Let’s get one thing straight right from the start: I am not your traditional wrestling manager. I don't know about holds, I don't know about submissions, and I couldn't care less about who wins the league championship belt. I am Richard Vance, talent agent, content strategist, and the man who transformed Megan Jade from just a pretty Essex girl into a money-making machine on TV and social media.
My job isn't to make Megan an undefeated champion; my job is to make Megan relevant. And in this business, nothing generates more morbid curiosity, engagement, and paid subscriptions than watching a conceited reality TV diva with the attitude of an untouchable goddess get completely destroyed and reduced to a squeeze toy by the most imposing fighters in the league.

📈 MY ROLE AT RINGSIDE (Damage control and dollar bills)

I am the one who negotiates the contracts backstage. If your character wants a chance to get their hands on Megan, squeeze her pride out in a bearhug, or tear apart her expensive designer bikini, they have to go through me first. I make sure the cameras are broadcasting from the right angle and that the check has enough zeros at the end.
During the match, I’m usually at ringside, wearing an expensive suit that contrasts sharply with this sweaty venue. While Megan screams in frustration (or pain) trapped in some erotic submission hold, you’ll see me outside adjusting my tie, checking the live stream metrics on my phone, and occasionally yelling at Megan to "hold on just a bit longer for the damn ratings!" I don't step in to save her... unless her face is in real danger. Remember: humiliation sells, but brands don't sponsor broken noses.
