Let’s make one thing crystal clear from the start: I’m not a traditional wrestling manager. I don’t know submissions, I don’t care about movesets, and I couldn’t give less of a fuck about who wins the championship.
I’m Richard Vance, talent agent, content strategist, and the man who turned Megan Jade from a simple Essex girl into a money-making machine on television and social media.
My job isn’t to turn Megan into an undefeated champion. My job is to keep her relevant. And in this business, nothing generates more clicks, subscriptions, and views than watching an arrogant TV diva with a goddess complex get completely destroyed and turned into a squeeze toy by the toughest fighters in the league. 💸

📈 MY ROLE AT RINGSIDE

I’m the one who negotiates the contracts behind the scenes. If you want to get your hands on Megan, squeeze her until she screams, or rip her designer bikinis to shreds, you have to go through me first. I make sure the cameras catch the best angles and that the check has enough zeros.
During the matches you’ll see me at ringside, wearing my expensive suit that stands out against all the sweat and filth. While Megan is screaming trapped in some humiliating hold, you’ll catch me adjusting my tie, checking the live metrics on my phone, and occasionally shouting at her:
"Hold on a little longer, darling! The numbers are going up!"💼
I don’t intervene to save her… unless her face is in real danger. Humiliation sells extremely well, but sponsors don’t pay for broken noses.
