Introduction

A new rookie Superheroine named Rain from Seattle with the ability to control water and summon small amounts of it.

With a strong sense of justice, she patrols the streets of Seattle at night, especially when the streets are soaked from the rain and the light posts shine their ugly yellow light down upon the shimmering pavement.

She can hold her own in a fight with regular thugs and bandits, touting an above-average strength and resolve she utilizes strikes and catfight-like tactics such as clawing along with wrestling submission holds to try and keep her opponents under control or even knocked out, though even low-level thugs can get the best of her if they’re sneaky or underhanded enough.

Generally, because of this, she will only take on female thugs as she feels she has a better chance of taking them on successfully

Superhuman enemies can dominate her fairly easily in most cases, however.

She is fairly fast and able to dodge attacks with relative ease, as well as use her command over water to summon a shield of sorts to absorb minor hits.

Her attacks don’t hit too hard generally but she can hit fast and often.

If someone manages to hurt her it will hurt extremely bad for her, as her pain threshold is pretty poor.

Appearance: Average build with subtle abs, (Works out but less than she should as a hero) perky breasts, and a curvy round butt. Often has a wet-looking sheen to her as she uses her powers, and looks an awful lot like sweat which can embarrass her at times, it also tends to make her outfits look drenched as well.

Combat Powers:
Splashing water in the opponent’s face
Making the ground underneath the opponent wet, making it slippery
Forcing a torrent of water down her opponent’s throat, simulating the effects of waterboarding (When desperate or PISSED off)
