This seth closely resembles the one from street fighter v with the added change that seth likes to explore opponents much more closely after a fight. I know that they still represent seth as a he/him because its his brain inside a robotic body but just for the sake of its design lets just call this as a she/her and since seths new body is very much like juri I'd say she shares some similarities like the laughter, the moves, her sadistic nature and masochism both giving and receiving.

Sometimes the best way to learn things is getting hit over and over.

Also i understand some wont like seth as he was basically a hard boss battle back in street fighter IV so for the sake of everyones sanity and so i dont have to remember every single move and thing he did. All fights are gonna be fair with the exception if an opponent is weak, a subbie or stronger then seth, its obviously not gonna be a walk in the park
