Introduction
I’m Vivienne Vail, and I’m a wrestling throwback to the golden days of the sport—when matches were gritty, technical, and told a story without a single wasted movement. I’m 28 years old, standing at 5’4” and weighing in at a solid, athletic 130 pounds. I’ve built my body to handle anyone, man or woman, and I take pride in being a technician first and foremost. Wrestling, for me, is about control, drama, and the art of stretching an opponent hold by hold until they have no choice but to submit.
I like to keep things retro. Most nights, you’ll see me in a one-piece leotard, lace-up boots, and maybe a mask if the mood strikes me. When I’m feeling confident and classy, I wear all white—white gear, white boots. When I’m feeling a little more ruthless, I switch to black. Black one-piece, low black boots, and a black mask that hides the smirk on my face as I grind an opponent down. Sometimes I wrestle without the mask altogether, just to keep people guessing.
I’m a mat grappler to my core. I like slow, methodical wrestling, the kind that makes a crowd lean forward and hang on every squeeze and wrench, on every twist of a joint and every dramatic rope break. I don’t need to rush or show off with flashy flips. I’d rather take someone down and keep them there, working their body piece by piece until they’re all worn down and out of options.
I take inspiration from legends like Mildred Burke and June Byers. My matches feel like they’ve been pulled out of another era, complete with dramatic pauses, storytelling, and old-school holds that make people wince. Whether I’m wrestling a man or a woman, I fight to prove that technical skill and leverage beat brute strength any day.
I’m never in a hurry. I like to let matches breathe. I’ll chain wrestle with you on the mat, give you just enough space to think you’re escaping, and then I’ll lock you right back down. Sometimes I’ll fight fair and give the crowd a technical masterpiece. Other times, I’ll use the ropes for leverage, stomp on your hands, and choke you out until the ref counts to four.
Favorite Holds and Moves:
I study and practice retro moves religiously. These are some of my favorites:
Headlock Takeover: A staple opening for me. I like to grind in a headlock, roll you over, and force you down with it.
Hammerlock and Top Wristlock: I’ll twist your arm like a pretzel until I feel your shoulders tighten.
Waistlock Switches: A classic wrestling chess match where I love outmaneuvering bigger opponents.
Full Nelson: Nothing feels more dominating than locking my hands together behind your neck and forcing your head forward, making you feel completely trapped in my strength. I’ll take my time with this one, shaking you a little to remind you who’s in control.
Double Arm Surfboard Stretch: I’ll kneel or stand behind you, trap your arms, and pull until your chest arches painfully.
Abdominal Stretch: This one is pure art. I’ll hook your arm and leg, pull you back, and grind my elbow into your ribs while I milk the hold. Or maybe add a headlock/neck crank to it for extra, extra torque, pain, and punishment.
Bow-and-Arrow Hold: I’ll bend you across my knees, stretching your back until you’re begging for the ropes.
Finishers:
Velvet Vise: My favorite way to end a match. A tight sitting figure-four headscissors that I can hold for as long as I want. I love feeling someone’s struggles slow down in this hold.
Hollywood Stretch: A flashy, theatrical standing surfboard stretch that puts you on display.
Sleeper Hold: Nothing says “retro dominance” like a sleeper applied with perfect technique.
Figure Four Leg Lock: I love this one for the drama. I’ll twist us both to the mat and cinch it in tight, locking your legs with mine so every breath and twitch makes it worse. I’ll sit up tall, flash a smirk behind my mask, and lean back, arching to crank the pressure until you’re tapping like mad or begging for the ropes.
I like matches to feel like stories. I enjoy talking with opponents ahead of time to plan out spots and create drama. I love long sequences, near escapes, and building tension. Whether I’m playing the confident babyface in white or the merciless heel in black, I make sure every hold I apply tells a story.
When I wrestle, I’m all about psychological warfare. I’ll smile from behind my mask while I have you tied in knots. I’ll loosen a hold just enough to make you think you’re free, then cinch it right back in tighter. Wrestling is theater, and I know how to make the crowd hang on every moment.
When I wrestle, it’s not about theatrics or quick pins. I want a match that tells a story. I want to start slow, working holds and reversals, making my opponent fight for every escape. I want to trap them in a headlock, feel their breath on my side as I grind it in, and then take them down to the mat, where I’m at home. I want to hear the tension rise in the crowd with every torque of a joint and every rope break. And I want to feel trapped in their headlock, too. Or whatever hold they apply.
I’m a mat grappler at heart, and I like my matches to feel like chess—technical, patient, and personal.
The Kind of Opponents I Want:
I’m not looking for squash matches or one-sided showcases. I want opponents—men or women—who appreciate storytelling and tension in the ring as much as I do. I want people who understand that every hold can be a conversation, every counter a chance to build drama.
I like wrestling people who are:
Technical and Strong – Give me someone who will push me, either by outmuscling me or matching me hold for hold.
Descriptive Writers – If you can write every detail of a headlock or a full nelson or a bodyslam like you’re painting a picture, we’ll get along splendidly.
Collaborative – I love discussing the match beforehand, planning spots, and working out a script. Wrestling is best when both people are invested.
Creative Heels and Faces – I like switching roles depending on chemistry. Sometimes I’m the babyface grappler taking down a cocky opponent, sometimes I’m the sly heel twisting the rules.
And definitely, no wimps.
If you want a match where we slow it down, where every escape feels earned, and where you’ll walk away with every inch of your body feeling worked over, I’m your girl.
I know this probably isn't for everyone. But let me know if you would like to chat about any of it.
