For reference if those are doing Apartment House Style. (Catty Wrestling) here are the official rules....

Rules of the match. No strikes to the face or head other than a slap. No biting, spitting, eye scratching / clawing, blood, broken bones, weapons / objects, no interference (if anyone is watching).
Punching, kicking and kneeing are allowed but must be kept below the shoulders. Choke and smother holds, tactics and moves are permitted.
All catfight moves, holds and tactics are permitted except those listed above. All wrestling holds, moves and tactics are allowed. Except for those that result in the head making contact first with a wall or floor. (example DDT, Piledrivers et al)
Winner by Verbal submission or Knock Out ONLY. No tap outs or pins.
Stakes are negotiated between the two fighters.
Attire is between the two fighters.
