18:45 MariaKline: Especially when you consider that one of the people who died on the sub was the CEO of the company. So this guy was receiving warnings from industry professionals that his craft was not safe; that he was skirting regulations and putting peoples' lives at risk, and his response was to get into the sub and go down himself. I mean, I almost understand allowing others to risk their lives, but I struggle to understand why he was willing to put his own life at risk.
