Cartoon Correctional Facility

This is a prison for the animated characters from anime, video games, cartoons, artwork, and original creations. There are 2 major cell blocks: Cell Block A for female characters and Cell Block B for male characters. If spacing comes into question, we may add additional wings. Fights are expected in this prison where some bad behavior is not only encouraged, but rewarded. Most active members might be offered positions as guards of specific areas.
