ESW isn't as complex as it looks! Feel free to ask Heather or I any questions regarding the posts system (likely me since I came up with them, but I trust "Triple H's" judgement) They're very much a work in progress, especially for the mens division.
Once we get off the ground and get some matches from each division on the books, Im likely going to want a gay male admin to look after things so we have a balance of management.
Im thinking about naming the official divisions ESW Les (or maybe ESW Fem?), ESW Mixed, and ESW Gay to maybe avoid confusion, since no one is required to do any they're not into. Mixed of course is open to all.
