GANBARE is intergender professional wrestling promotion based in Japan features a wide variety of match styles ranging from traditional singles and tag-team bouts to intense hardcore matches with weapons and no-disqualification rules. The roster is primarily made up of male and female wrestlers in Japan competing equally against one another, emphasizing athleticism, storytelling, and unpredictable matchups.

In recent years, the promotion has expanded internationally by inviting wrestlers from other countries, creating crossover rivalries and bringing different wrestling styles into the ring. This blend of domestic talent and international competitors has helped the company gain attention from fans of both Japanese strong-style wrestling and global independent wrestling scenes.
