No Holds Barred-
These matches typically contain intense fighting involving painful strikes to varies locations on your opponents body. NHB is not always a striking mess, but, with the right opponent, it may involve strategizing against your opponent, picking your target, and striking it with all of your might without any restrictions on where you can strike, or how you can strike it. Or, if holds are your type of thing, ever tried getting a bit more creative with them, where pain is excruciating, if not, give it a go, NHB matches contain no rules, only limitations placed by both players.
As stated above, No Holds Barred matches contain strikes of any kind, including but not limited to, knees, kicks, punches, squeezing, headbutts, stomps, and so much more. NHB matches contain endless possibilities, some people painful with low blows, stomach punches, much more, or even, pleasure, sexual stimulation if agreed upon prior to your match starting.
