05:19 Bjarg_the_Demigod: Exactly ... every queen needs to know how to have fun.
05:20 Bjarg_the_Demigod: Should we power down this establishment and go somewhere quiet?
05:20 Garras: The bear looks around for a bit. "Mmmh. I mean if its just us. This is a bit much now. Dont wanna run up the electric bill."
05:21 Bjarg_the_Demigod: True ... we are sworn to being green and all that goes with it.
05:22 Bjarg_the_Demigod: *flips a few switches on the newly installed control panels
05:23 Bjarg_the_Demigod: the sound fades with the lights leaving only silver shafts of moonlight piercing the darkness.
05:24 Bjarg_the_Demigod: one silver spear lands on the moon cake in front of the alter to the moon god and goddess.
05:25 Garras: The bear turning and wishing he had a camera for this Kodiak moment.
05:25 Bjarg_the_Demigod: *pull out his phone for the selfie with his brother.
05:26 Garras: *obligatory devilhorns and tongue out*
05:26 Bjarg_the_Demigod: "I think we are going to have to find another caretaker for this establishment.
05:27 Garras: "I dunno. Somehow i feel like this won't stick canonically when the timelines snap back in time for another storyline."
05:29 Bjarg_the_Demigod: "Perhaps this has become a permanent warp in the fabric of the space-time continuum.
05:29 Garras: The bear creases his brows. "I think that's a little above my pay grade unless that involves electricity."
05:30 Bjarg_the_Demigod: Lots of electricity
05:31 Garras: The bear blinks. "Oh. I'm gonna have to check my storm god manual then because that should be in my wheelhouse."
05:32 Bjarg_the_Demigod: Definitely
05:35 Bjarg_the_Demigod: Retrieves massive padlock for the front doors.
05:35 Bjarg_the_Demigod: Time to lock this place up.
05:36 Garras: *picks up his mead mug and stumbles out the doors*
05:37 Bjarg_the_Demigod: Refills mug and locks doors until next time.
05:38 Garras: *wobbling a little bit and then sits on the railing that lines the stairs and slides down*
04:40 Jake_English: *Samhain is here and yet the woods have an eerie stillness to them…*
04:40 minotaur21560: *leaves blow with that sound of loneliness...
06:54 minotaur21560: "I heard sounds coming from the southwest. Startled by hearing this I said, "Strange!" At first it was rain pattering in the moaning wind, then suddenly the sound surged up in crashing noises. It was like waves soughing and crashing in the evening, or wind and rain suddenly arriving, butting into objects and making clanging noises and metallic striking sounds. It was also rushing like troops hurrying to the front - muffling their words, unable to hear commands, hearing only the footsteps of the soldiers and clatter of horse hooves..."
06:55 minotaur21560: "I asked the boy, 'What is the sound? Please look around. When he came back the boy said, "The stars and moon are clear and bright, and the Bright River is in the sky. From all four sides is no human sound, the sound is from trees." I said, Alas! This is the sound of the autumn. How is it that it already has arrived?"
06:56 minotaur21560: And after glancing up at the forest canopy, the General skips to the conclusion: "So of what use is it, for something that does not have the substance of metal or stone, to wish to struggle for glory with grass and trees? If you learn who carries out this crime of destruction, how can there be hatred for autumn sounds? The boy having no answer hung his head and went to sleep. But from the four walls one could hear the sound of insects, "ji ji". It was as if to assist my own sighing...
05:32 Jake_English: Is that a familiar hunter i see out and about tonight?
12:40 Madison_Jones: While sitting by Lake Crystarium dangling my feet just above the surface while sitting on a large rock, I ponder about the healing powers of its water. More specifically, I wonder if its healing powers could solve problems that have eluded modern science in the mundane world. More specific yet, I wonder if this mystic water could create a cure for Cancer, for you see a friend of mine is about to undergo surgery and I am concerned for them. Cancer isn't like a pathogen or an invader, it's a mutation of cells in the body that continue to grow even after they should have died. They spread causing more mutant cells to appear and cluster, growing until they eventually disrupt the body. I do not know if magic water can heal a person from this as cancer in an odd way... is less a disease and more a malfunction.
12:44 Madison_Jones: I sit here during the night with the cool feel of winter setting in, whatever moonlight is above giving a gentle touch to the land and my surroundings. How many creatures die from this naturally? We overlook the wildlife, prey be hunted and exploited, and yet I'm sure that cancer shows up in the wild. Many things run through my mind now, but of them, the most concerning is the one I have for my friend. I sit quietly in the night hoping the surgery is a success and knowing they will need much comfort during them their recovery.
