The place for two gladiators or more circling each other, each knows that his objective is to control, dominate, trap, maim his opponent rather than to kill him quickly. What's more, the fight must last long enough to please the crowd.
The gladiators fight with or without weapons. Weapons could be swords, maces or others. The gladiators gear could be a loin clothes, leather skirts or naked.
