Match Flow

  1. At the start of each match, set health bars for each fighter using the !set health command. Each fighter sets a head and body health depending on their belt below.
  2. Before the start of a match, flip a coin to see who goes first. Use the !flip command with the lower rank calling the coin flip.
  3. At the start of your turn, be descriptive and write out your intentions and any other descriptions for the fight. Detail is encouraged, include thoughts, emotions, and the environment, try to make the story creative and unique. Please include more than a few lines, this federation is built on detail.
  4. Each turn allows for two actions or one health recovery. At the end of your turn, use the commands listed below for your actions to see if they land and what the damage is. Be sure to include whether or not they are aimed at the head or body.
  5. The opposing fighter should begin by describing the outcome of the previous fighters actions before continuing with their turn. For instance, if your attack fails or misses, the opposing fighter decides how they have blocked or evaded the attack in order to progress the story.
  6. Once the body bar is half way empty, you only get one action per turn.
  7. Once either the head or body bar is at zero, there is a knockout.
  8. Stakes are encouraged. Agree with your partner beforehand what those takes should be.
  9. This is a general idea of how the match should go. Things are flexible as long as both fighters agree to them and any changes are given to both fighters equally. The only mandatory stipulations are utilizing the dice, utilizing them according to style, and utilizing the belt system to decide starting HP.
