The 2nd attempt to make a picfight tournament, hopefully it will be the first one ever happened!
Tournament rules
1. It's all about fun. No one need to play rougher just to win the tournament
2. HMP rules
3. First who yields 3 turns with a pass cumulatively (not necessary in a sequence) loses the match
4. Considering the nature of picfights, no need to post a story, but let everyone (or at least Vortex) how the match ended
5. Vortex assumes some authority in case any disputes arrive, although hopes that it's not necessary
