Crashes every 12th minute of every hour ESt, lasts for about 2 minutes. Yall had it fixed for a little but the crashes are so back

Correction. It's the 11th minute for everyone. Here's how I'll describe it; It's basically the only minute in the chat where it goes to a complete stop. Your messages will send as soon as it hits the 12th minute mark. Anyone else is free to test it out for themselves.

A status update on the crashes or anything else we should know would be appreciated.

FWIW, it didn't crash for me - it did lag/hang a little, but I didn't need to reconnect. But yeah - same timing.

Somewhere at around Eastern Standard Timezone, chats 2 hours prior has been lost. Progress and everything. It was a very prolonged crash than usual.

It’s happened to me several times between yesterday and today, always when the clock hits 03 minutes

Same problem just now at 2:03 AM EST.

08/10/26 - It happened between 7:12pm and 7:14pm

Yes, this happened to me and my partner too on Saturday, it did seem the magic time is now :12...

Another happened right about 2:14 PM, EST Timezone.

They’re back! Crashes seem to be happening when the clock hits 13 in the minutes, two of them just happened at 5:12 and 6:12 PM. (I’m from the UTC-5 time zone.) Whatever you guys did seemed to fix it temporarily I think cause they weren’t happening ever since the last update the tech did.

Happened at 12 minutes past on the hours before that, too.

Today we completed purging the plasma conduits and reconfigured the forward shields to better withstand phaser fire. This should also help the chat run a bit more stable.

We will continue making such incremental improvements.

It's still an issue! Seems to be getting worse.

• When is it happening precisely, including your UTC-relative time zone
• What is getting worse specifically? What is the issue that you experience, in as much detail as you can spare?

From what I noticed it’s going on when the clock hits 52 or 53. (Least for me in UTC-5.) It’s not like the last one where the refresh was like.. super long though. It just buffers for like a minute or 2 then your back in. Not sure if it’s happened today, but it was doing that yesterday.

It’s been crashing every hour since it seems like. Whenever the clock hits 39. Adding to Matt’s earlier comment. Been doing it all day.

And since my last post site Data was erased with one of the crashes according to other users.

I lost a post on one of the federations i am in, it was regarding the crashes on the 39th minute of every hour.

It just crashed on the 39 minute. They are needing to sort it out. Someone needs to put money into the meter or something

It does look like this is very true happened exactly at 9:39 am CET

The crashes seem to be popping back up again. Had three I was here for yesterday. Another today at 11:39 am EST.

Main site seems unaffected. Just chat.

Just a data point: Venus has crashed today at the following times, and almost certainly more. Dunno if there's some hourly background job that's killing it or a memory leak, but it's pretty disruptive. All times EST, US east coast....
