Where are all the chat histories and recent chats?

I lost a good chunk of writing to a glitch

I have lost some quite a good stories which are in the middle and a good beginning. I hope they will find a way to restore it..

I was also affected by this glitch all my conversations except like two were gone

The only subjects that were saved were posted stories I see.... My profile is very recent but I had a few memorable moments... and they're all gone because I didn't think I would need to save them as such, is that frequent? How often does this happens? Seems like this isn't the first time and it really takes a toll on the people who want to put their time into the platform...

I wouldn't say it's frequent. Still, very frustrating when it does happen.

Its the second time in a month.

AGAIN, I've lost multiple works in progress. Just like during the editor upgrade.

Can this lost work be retrieved, or is it once again lost as before?

Same here. The last chat message I still have was received on December 24th shortly before 1am Central European Time.

Also, a room that I previously closed/exited has reappeared in my chats and I am in it again.

Looks like anything that happened after Dec 24th disappeared, and that things are reset to the way they were at that point. Is there a way to recover this? I was in the middle of a RP and it's all gone now.

Same here, not all, but many is gone

All my chat history and many recent fights in private rooms are gone. The last noted chat history that I have is dated back to Dec 23, 2023. What happened
