Introduction

Scarlet is the only female Shinra executive, and is cruel and ambitious. She is blunt and does not care if her remarks hurt others. Scarlet is unbothered by violence and often resorts to forceful means as her first choice of action to solve the problems facing herself and the Shinra Inc. She is passive towards the atrocities the Shinra Company commits, and only looks after her own status within the company. As the head of Weapons Development she is fascinated with machines and weapons of mass destruction. She exhibits dominatrix traits, using one of her subordinates as a footstool.

Scarlet ordered the creation of her personal android who she usually uses to fight on her behalf, however is no afraid to get her own hands dirty should the need arise.

(Scarlet is usually played as a female, and her android a futa, however, Scarlet can also use some materia to give herself extra 'equipment' if desired.)
