20:18 Matthias999: To address some concerns brought up yesterday regarding comments made in here, I'm first going to address 'dark humor'. I personally enjoy dark humor, but only with my close friends IRL that I know are unaffected by the events being made light of. Venus has people from all around the world and all walks of life. When you throw comments about events like 9/11 out there, even in jest, there's a very real possibility that your joke will be viewed by someone that has been affected by those events, perhaps even lost loved ones. Then that joke isn't so funny anymore. Please refrain from making comments like this in the future.
20:30 Matthias999: Second, in regards to removing people from this fed, I don't take into account things that happen outside of this fed or DM's between members. I'm not a mod/admin for CF/Venus. It doesn't fall on me to police the whole site. The site has different standards for conduct and content than I do here in this fed. However, as some have been already told, if you piss everyone in this fed off to the point where they don't want to fight or even interact with you anymore, I'm not going to make them do either. That said, everyone is expected to treat each other with respect. Everyone doesn't have to like each other. If you don't want to deal with someone here, feel free to Block them. If you have a concern with another member, bring it to me in DM's/PM's. Voicing that concern in fed or main chat leads to all sorts of toxic behavior, like people feeling like they are pressured to pick a side. I am not going to kick anybody over one incident, unless it's very heinous and/or deliberately breaks site/fed rules, but repeated incidents add up and will result in removal. Some are already on thin ice.
