Ultimate Surrender (US for connoisseurs) is a sex-wrestling style created by the porn site Kink.com
The wrestlers battle on mats/padded ground and whoever manages to get their opponent on a submission hold, gets awarded control. When in control, they can use sexual moves (kisses, fondling, teasings, fingering, stroking, etc.)
Each of those awards points and whoever has the most at the end of the round, wins the battle.
Those are the official rules, but I prefer to change it into first-to-cum loses.

System

• Wrestlers use two bars, Stamina and Lust
• Stamina starts at 100 (!set Stamina 100)
• Lust starts at 0 (!set Lust 0/50)

So to mimic the format on a RP setting, the round starts with a test of strength: Both wrestlers !roll 1d100 and whoever is higher wins the test and gets the first turn
During their turn, a wrestler can either do a normal attack or try secure a submission hold
Normal attacks (!damage) reduce the opponent's stamina. These can be simple holds, throws, chokes, pins, etc. though not a confirmed hold
Submission attacks are attempted by roll 1d100, and if the result is HIGHER than the opponent's stamina, the hold is locked in place, giving control
Immediately after getting control, the wrestler can do a sexual attack (!arouse). On their subsequent turns, if they are still in control, they can keep doing sexual attacks only.
The other wrestler, on their turn, can attempt to break free by !roll 1d100 vs their opponent's stamina (tie favors the dice roller). If they succeed, the positions are reset and it's still their turn as normal. If they fail to break free 3 times in a row, the ref breaks the hold and positions are reset. The turn goes to the wrestler previously held.

Match ends when one of the wrestlers reaches an Orgasm on the mats!
